1 Introduction & Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rbazi platform ("Platform", "Site") and all services provided through it. By accessing this site, opening an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and are legally bound to comply with them.

rbazi is an online gaming platform for Bangladeshi users. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at rbazi, the user must provide their correct name, mobile number, and required identification details. After registration, rbazi may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for identity verification in a timely manner may result in temporary account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the rbazi support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure & Suspension

rbazi reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deceptive activity, or misconduct.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• The user has requested self-exclusion.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at rbazi:

• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your rbazi account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account identity verification has been completed.
• The bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (funds will be returned to the same bKash number).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at rbazi can receive up to a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers apply to each member once only.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• rbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
• Different terms may apply to the calculation of bonus wagering for specific games or bet types.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the rbazi platform — sports betting, casino, slots, and live games — are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The following applies to all users:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins.
• Bets or game results arising from technical errors or disruptions will be considered void.
• Sports betting results are determined based on internationally recognized data sources.
• rbazi is not responsible for internet disconnection during an active bet.
• In the event of any dispute over a bet result, rbazi's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbazi platform:

• Fraud, deceptive activity, or use of unauthorized software.
• Placing bets using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
